What happens to the details you send, in plain language.
- Who
- SOMA Pet Concierge is an independent resident-run pet sitting service at SoMA, 25 Water Street. It is not affiliated with SoMA building management, and the building does not receive your inquiry details.
- What is collected
- When you send a request: your name, email, neighborhood, your pet's name and type, the kind of care, any dates, and the schedule and routine notes you write. A reference number is created for the request.
- Why
- Only to reply to and arrange your request. Details are stored and emailed to the service owner through an email provider, Resend, so your request can be answered.
- Please don't send
- Door codes, key instructions, unit numbers, or medical records in the inquiry form. If care takes place in your apartment, key handover and return are coordinated privately before care begins.
- WhatsApp links open an external service. If you choose to message there, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy terms. The link does not send your inquiry form details automatically.
- No marketing
- Sending a request doesn't sign you up for anything, and your details are not sold or shared for marketing.
- Your choices
